Project Description
Land Science are engaged with loss adjusters to investigate subsidence at residential properties across the UK. This project involved a “complex” site where a trial pit (an exposure of the existing foundations) and a 5m deep borehole are drilled. The laboratory testing included moisture contents, Atterberg’s and soil suctions, and root identification. A factual report was provided.
