    Land Science offers a range of specific geotechnical investigation services for construction projects. These include routine geotechnical laboratory testing including Atterberg limits, moisture contents, particle size distribution and soil soluble sulphate. We also perform specialist geotechnical laboratory analysis such as shear boxes, multistage triaxial testing, oedometer consolidation and effective stress tests plus in-situ testing such as California Bearing Ratio, plate bearing tests and Dynamic Cone Penetrometer.
